We serve families who:

  • Consistent, responsible individuals
  • Families rebuilding with purpose
  • Those who value home and stability
  • Applicants with both need and accountability
  • People committed to a better future

Each family’s situation is unique. We meet people where they are — with compassion, discretion, and respect.

We believe families deserve a straightforward, transparent process — especially during times of transition or need. Our application is designed to gather the information necessary to make responsible decisions without unnecessary complexity or stress.

Keeping Help Simple — When Families Need It Most

We know that when families are facing housing instability or financial hardship, the last thing they need is a complicated, bureaucratic process.

Too often, housing programs are:

  • difficult to understand
  • buried in paperwork
  • slow to respond
  • and overwhelming during moments of stress

Step-by-Step Application Overview

Follow our simple six step process to apply for assistance.

Step 2:
Employment History

To support long-term housing stability, we require a minimum of five (5) years of consistent employment.

Employment may include traditional full-time work, self-employment, or a combination of roles, where applicable.

We understand that careers evolve and life happens. Consistency, responsibility, and commitment are what matter most.

Step 3:
Personal Letter

Applicants submit a personal letter that helps us understand the story behind the application.

The letter should include, your family’s journey,
the challenges you’ve faced, what type of assistance you are seeking, and how stable housing and a healthy home would impact your family
.

This is your opportunity to be heard — in your own words.

Step 4:
Letters of Recommendation

Applicants provide three (3) letters of recommendation from individuals who can speak to their character, reliability, and commitment.

Examples include employers or supervisors,
community leaders, educators, clergy, or mentors
.

Recommendations help us better understand each family beyond financial details alone.

Step 5:
Review & Verification

All applications undergo a careful review process.

This includes verification of submitted information, compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, and evaluation based on program guidelines and available resources.

We aim to be thorough — and respectful — at every stage.

Step 6:
Decision & Next Steps

Applicants are notified once the review process is complete.

If approved, families will receive clear next steps,
an explanation of the type of assistance being offered, and guidance throughout implementation
.

If we are unable to move forward, applicants will be informed with care and transparency.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee assistance.
Support is subject to available funding, program capacity, and regulatory requirements.
